apache遇到的两个问题 Disabled use of AcceptEx() WinSock2 API错误 [warn] (OS 64)指定的网络名不再可用。 : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

突然网站就不动了，看了下日志：

wordpress“建立数据库连接时出错”解决方案

网上有很多种说法：
1、数据库配置文件被篡改。（这种几率蛮小，除非被黑客入侵篡改过）
2、数据库服务器的问题，服务未启动或者其他的一些数据库故障。（这个问题的话可以联系空间商确认是否有问题）
3、最重要的一个原因，wp_options表需要修复。wordpress运行一段时间之后就会出现这样的一个问题，但确实数据库连接时出错的问题很大可能是这个问题引起的。

postgresql 9.3的时区设置(相差8小时)

本来在8.3下正常运行的，升级到9.3后，发现PHP显示的时间比系统时间少了8小时。
PHP设置的时区是从数据库取得的：date_default_timezone_set($timezone);

#show timezone;
Timezone
GMT
默认返回结果是GMT时间
修改Postgresql.conf将其中的timezone设置改为prc：

#timezone = ‘Asia/Hong_Kong’ => timezone = ‘PRC’
